Usually, a cut-off of UR category is decided by NEET, whereas when you apply for state quota the cut-off is decided by the STATE colleges. So for UR category, it is similar throughout the country. For State Quota, it varies with the state to state.

KEM has many categories in which admission is given , caste quotas, State quota also different reservations . Also marks cut off may vary this year as totally different set of marks is each year. so wait for AIR and state ranks to be declared
