Will NEET ug STATE cutoff be similar as last year or may vary a lot depending on the performance of that particular state?

Usually, a cut-off of UR category is decided by NEET, whereas when you apply for state quota the cut-off is decided by the STATE colleges. So for UR category, it is similar throughout the country. For State Quota, it varies with the state to state.
