cmc Vellore is highly prestigious college and its ranking is in top 10. Its cutoff is high i.e. more than 630
hai.
it depends on many criterias like the number of students appeared and the toughness of the paper.
last year for jee advance cutoff for sc and st was 64 marks and for jee main it was 29 and 24.

It depends upon a lot of factors viz. number of students who scored highest marks, difficulty level of the question paper, and number of students who appeared for the exam. Nothing can be said with surety till the NEET 2018 result is declared. Hope for the best. I think there
