depends upon a lot of factors viz. number of students who scored highest marks, difficulty level of the question paper, and number of students who appeared for the exam. Nothing can be said with surety till the NEET 2018 result is declared.

Cutoff vary from college to college. However, according to the previous year cutoff you must score more than 330 marks in NEET exam for admission to Government Medical Colleges in Tamil Nadu under state quota.

if you clear the cut-off from your category and your marks are above 275 you don't have to attend any interview.They don't care about board marks for admission through JEE- MAINS. Only your score in JEE-MAINS counts.
