To get admission for B.Tech Electrical in IET Lucknow, you will need a rank above 3000 in UPSEE,for OBC category. For that rank, I think a score of somewhere around 420 will be required.

According to me,the marks should be around 200.The Seat matrix for PEC has two different quotas. The Chandigarh State Quota and the Other State Quota .According to 2017 trend for Other State Quota ranks are as follows:-
Aerospace Engg = 5500 to 11000
Civil Engg =11000 to 17500
