According to me,the marks should be around 200.The Seat matrix for PEC has two different quotas. The Chandigarh State Quota and the Other State Quota .According to 2017 trend for Other State Quota ranks are as follows:-
Aerospace Engg = 5500 to 11000
Civil Engg =11000 to 17500
Computer Science = 1300 to 5500
Electrical Engg =2200 to 13500
Electronics and Communication E ngg=5500 to 9000
Materials and Metallurgical Engg =15500 to 22500
Mechanical Engg = 5500 to 13500
Production and Industrial Engg = 14500 to 19500
The Quota for Chandigarh State is different . This year the rank may vary but I think it will be more or less the same .

One of my friend in PEC CSE 2016–20 and his rank opener has scored around 150
The best i can do is make a GUESS
Maybe around 200–220 marks and you are safe for PEC atleast.
