The cutoff will differ for each IIT or NIT. You should check the details. Refer to this article for al details of IITs, NITs and PSUs. However, pls check each institute to know better.

MHT CET 2018 cut off varies as per many factors like numver of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam and previous year cut off trend.
