There is no separate cutoff or category for foreign students in NEET as the candidates applying for NEET have to be citizens of India. Thus, the required minimum percentile for NEET UG examination applicable would be uniform according to each category which is, Unreserved-50 percentile, Physically Handicapped-45 percentile
