    50 percentile is qualifying marks in NEET so you are qualified but 244 is not a good score for getting any colleges. You should try for admission in other medical allied courses and ask her to start for next year.

    285 is not a good score and chances are less to get colleges at this score but you can try in few private colleges where number of seats are good for BDS courses.

    Yes. You have chances of getting college under state quota seats but i would suggest that you should fill few other private college or universities form also for reserve option.

    No, you have very less chances in 15% quota and state quota. You can try for private colleges like CMC Vellore, CMC Ludhiana, St. John's COMEDK, Manipal, MGM University, MGIMS Wardha, KLE etc.
