I am sorry but its not possible to get a government seat.
You can apply for deemed/private colleges.
You have a chance in Certain deemed colleges. But the fee structure there would be high.So if fees is no issue then definitely apply for the deemed colleges.

Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Bangalore 512 marks
Mysore Medical College, Mysore 443marks
Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya 402 marks

The cut off marks for KAP Vishwanatham Government Medical College was 603 for BC category in 2018. The cut off marks change every year therefore, having a score higher than 603 will have a very good chance of admission in this college.
