Dear Antaraa, you haven't mentioned your Category. It.is true that Cut off changes every year and are dependant on various factors like total candidates appearing for the exam, no.of seats available, top NEET score, candidate's category and difficulty of the exam. 85% State quota in Maharashtra is divided into 70% Regional and 30% State Quota. The regional seats are then reserved for Vidharbha, Marathwada and rest of Maharashtra candidates. Within these 2 quotas, constitutional quotas and female reservations are also included. The constitutional quota includes SC, ST, VJ/DT, Nomadic Tribes and OBC.
Inspite of all this, 580 is a very good score. In 2018, under State Quota:
70% Regional:
Grant Medical College: UR: 544/OBC: 503
GS Medical College: UR: 602/OBC: 566
Rajiv Gandhi Medical College: UR: 529/OBC:421
30% State:
Grant Medical College: UR: 603/ OBC: 567
GS Medical College: OBC: 592
Rajiv Gandhi Medical College: UR: 527/OBC: 509
