Hi there. 

Your B.Sc subjects would hardly matter if you had Physics, Chemistry and Biology in Class XI and XII. 

To be eligible to write NEET one has to be atleast 17 years of age with 50% aggregate marks (for UR category) in Class XII boards examination with Physics, Chemistry

To get in PSUs, you will have to crack gate with good marks and good rank and you also will have to pass the personal interview in order to get selected in PSUs.

Your average qualification marks should be 50% in your +2 with subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects.
