For neet exams , it depends on your caste sadly.

"Candidates should have obtained minimum50% marks (for general), 45% marks (for general PH) and 40% marks for SC/ST & OBC candidates in the PCB stream."

Yes, you can study forestry  (M.Sc forestry) after doing Bsc botany.

Eligibility for Msc. Forestry is

  • Bachelor’s degree in science with at least one of the subjects namely Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Zoology or a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Forestry.

At Jawaharlal Nehru University, a Master's course in Psychology is not available at all. 

You can surely do your MPhil in Psychology there but Master's course is not available. I'm sure about this.
