Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances in Private Colleges at state level quota. Use NEET College Predictor to Check Your MBBS/BDS Chances

With a score of 166 in JEE Mains paper 2, you can defintely get a seat in any government college excluding NITs or other tier 1 colleges.
In case you have any reservation then you can get into NITs as well.
