If you have given any entrance exam for doing LLB then there are procedures for counselling in colleges but general councelling can be done after completing your 12th class as then only you are eligible for pursuing law.

Yes you are eligible for BA honours but for that you must have studied math for both political science and economics honours in you 12th standard. Also with 77% in best four its difficukt for you to get admission because for general catagory cut off usually goes above

You won't be termed eligible for Physics if you did not have Maths as a subject. You might apply for M.Sc. Applied Geology at IITB, IITR; Integrated Ph.D in Biological Sciences or Integrated Ph.D in Biological Sciences at IISc Bangalore. For more details, visit the link below:

For admission in Jadavpur University in the mechanical branch in the OBC- A category the cut off in 2017 was a rank of 4406 in the general merit.
Considering your rank and category you seem to have a chance only if your general merit rank is around this range.

According to the KVPY eligibility, only students enrolled in the 1st year of undergraduate program in Basic Sciences namely Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics & Biology leading to B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./Int. M.S. are eligible to apply for the aptitude test. Thus, you won't be termed eligible for the same.

Yes you are eligible for NEET.
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
