First of all the LLB course is 3 year course and the entrance exam accepted their is MG-CAT which should be cleared for getting admission in this university:
(10+2) or High School Senior Secondary exam by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent

You might have misunderstood the concept of Cutoff. The Cutoff is decided by the college which is minimum marks required by a candidate to be eligible to attend counseling and getting of the seat depends on the availability of seat till your rank.

Unfortunately you are not eligible for llb as the minimum percentage required in 12th is 50%. You can give improvement to improve your score in 12th and then you can be eligible for llb.
