D pharmacy is a diploma course which is done after 12th.
So with just D pharmacy you cannot be eligible for neet PG.
With just D pharmacy you can start a medical store or work under the supervision of a senior licensed pharmacist.
And pharmaD is a doctorate course

Yes , you are definately eligible for NEET because it's eligibility requirements states that one should score a minimum of 50% aggregate in these subjects. So , individual marks does not matter , only aggregate matters which is 50% for general and 40% for reserved categories.
