sunidhi suri 4th May, 2019
Hey,
I'm sorry to say but I don't think so you can get admission in law colleges
Since the basic eligibility for admission in law is 55%-60% in graduation.
You scored less than 50% so I don't think so you can get in reputated law colleges.
But you can try in private colleges for law admission.

I am from bihar .I am in obc category .I got 44 in maths 63 in phy .62 in chemistry in my board exam . Am I eligible for wbjee .

Sujata Tripathi 4th May, 2019
According to the eligibility criteria of WBJEE for reserved category students, candidates need to have scored a minimum aggregate of 40% in PCM/B in 10+2 qualifying examination. Based on the data you provided, your percentage is around 57% (PCM aggregate). But, there's also a domicile criteria which states that candidate should be a resident of West Bengal for 10 years consecutively or the parents of the candidate must have a domicile of West Bengal with a permanent residential address in the state. So, if you have a domicile of West Bengal you'll be eligible for WBJEE. If not, sadly you won't be eligible despite having secured enough marks.
Hope this helps. Good luck.

Muskan 11th Jun, 2019

Hey Sushant,

Your NATA score is really good and you can get admission in good reputed colleges as well.

Can you tell me that where do you want to take admission and also where do you reside. So that I can tell you better. As, there are seats reserved for the candidates residing in the same state.

Thankyou!

Is there any private engineering college in West Bengal from where I can do software engineering?and the eligibility criteria??

devaroon627_9555232 Student Expert 18th Jul, 2019

Hello there,

Well since you want to go for software engineering, basically then the required branch would be Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology etc. Now, to get into these colleges you have to either apply through JEE Main or through the state level entrance exam (if that college accepts) or the colleges own entrance exams. Since you want colleges in WestBengal , so you have either go through JEE Main score or by WBJEE score/rank. Below I have listed the top private colleges in WestBengal where they accept JEE Main or WBJEE scores/ranks and where you can get your choice of branch -

  • Heritage Institute of Technology
  • Institute of Engineering and Management
  • Haldia Institiute of Technology
  • Techno India University
  • Academy of Technology
  • Narula Institute of Technology
  • Bengal Institute of Technology

You can also go through this link and checkout the list of private colleges in WestBengal : https://engineering.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-private-engineering-colleges-in-west-bengal-accepting-wbjee

Sir,I got 82 marks in Nata and 80 percentage in class 12,am i eligible for any architecture college in Delhi..

Anisha Mohanty 3rd May, 2019

Hello!
Your admission through NATA is based on your merit system. Divide the NATA score by 4, and your CBSE result by 2, and add them to find your merit out of 100. Normally colleges accept a student who has 60+ merit overall, and sometimes colleges even go for lower merit depending on the category and number of seats left.

Good luck!

I got 44 in maths .62 in chen and 63 in physics.Am I eligible for wb jee .escipally to get admission in jadavpur.

Sujata Tripathi 3rd May, 2019
According to WBJEE eligibility criteria, the minimum marks required are 45% for general category students and 40% for reserved category students. Based on the data you provided, your aggregate is 56.33. Which means you are eligible for appearing in the exam, provided you have a domicile of West Bengal or you completed 12th standard from a school in West Bengal. Jadavpur university takes admission on the basis of WBJEE, so the eligibility criteria is same as that of WBJEE.
Hope this helped. Good luck.
