Bipc students eligible for food technology engineering

NILUTPOL Student Expert 3rd May, 2019
Hello,
As you have not opted for maths in your intermediate, so you won't be eligible for b.tech in food technology in any government colleges as maths is a compulsory subject for b.tech courses. But you can easily pursue b.tech in food technology in some private universities like Amity, SRM, etc. So you can go for the particular colleges eligiblity criteria and check if you are Eligible or not. You just need to clear the entrance exam for the respective college and secure some qualifying marks. All the best.

Sir I have got 66% in cbse board. Marks 85in english, 61 in bio, 53 in chemistry and 52 in physics. I m eligible for AIIMS or not?

Ayesha Siddiqa 3rd May, 2019

Hi Nirankari,

The eligibility for taking exam of AIIMS is that you have completed the 12th with recognised board with an aggregate of 60% for general and OBC.

For SC and ST 50% is the aggregate and for PWD it is 45%.

As overall you have scored 61%, you are eligible to give the AIIMS exam.

I scored 33 in maths, 73 on physics and 82 in chemistry. Am I eligible for comedk admission.

Kumari Ankita 11th May, 2019

Hello,

With a score of 33 in Maths, 73 in Physics and 82 in Chemistry, you make a total of 188. So, your PCM percentage becomes 62.66 percentage here. For being eligible to take admission through COMEDK, you must score an aggregate of at least 45 percentage in Physics, Chemistry and Maths. So, your boards score here makes you eligible for taking admission through COMEDK.
