You have not qualify the cutoff marks in gate civil engineering. 

The cutoff goes to 28.2 for general category, 25.8 for OBC(NCL) category and 18.8 for SC/ST category.

You can take admission in private university with this marks.

Dear Anil, for M.Sc Applied Geology, you should have studied Geology for 3 years/six semesters and any 2 subjects among Physics, Chemistry, Biological Science and Mathematics. It is mandatory to have studied Mathematics at 10+2 level. Even for M.Sc (Tech) in Applied Geology, you should have studied B.Sc with Geology

According to the official eligibility criteria, the requirement is a minimum of 60% aggregate in PCM. So, yes you are eligible for applying to DTU. A seat can't be guaranteed as of now because they'll be based on the individual cut offs of various branches.

There are various pg courses offered by IITs. Minimum eligibility of many courses is not compulsion of mathematics at +2 and graduation level so you need not to worry you can still give the test.
