Dear Shivani, for being eligible to study M.Sc Biotechnology, you should have studied Bio technology at a Bachelor's level. An equivalent subject like Botany/Zoology/Microbiology/Biochemistry are also acceptable. Even MBBS, B.Pharmacy, BPT, BAMS and BHMS are also considered relevant degrees.

Nevwrthless, because you have had Psychology as a subject in your Bachelor's degree, you are eligible for pursuing M.Sc Psychology. It would be difficult to tell you the exact admission possibilities as cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors such as difficulty level of the exam, No. Of candidates appeared for the exam, performance of the candidates etc.

Yes, Maths is a compulsory subject for Bsc (H) Physics in Delhi University.
For admission, the average of the three core PCM subjects will be counted, so it is also compulsory for you to have Physics and Chemistry as well, besides Mathematics.

The official eligibility criteria states that a minimum of 60% aggregate in PCM and 50% in English is required to be eligible for IMU-CET. According to the data you provided, your PCM aggregate comes out to be 53.33%. So sadly, you are not eligible for the exam.
