Yes,you are eligible for BA hons(English).Also you must go for it because this course is beneficial for humanities students.There are many good colleges where you can go either through Merit Basis or through Entrance Exam (Like BHU,CHRIST UNIVERSITY,DELHI UNIVERSITY etc.).You can get admission in these colleges after completing your 12th.So I would suggest tu you study hard for 12th and get good marks if you really want to make it.
