If You have Done Your inter from a government recognised Open Board then yes You are eligible for Admission in D Pharma. For D Pharma you should have studied PCB or PCM in your 10+2 and should be over the age of 17 to eligible for Admission in D Pharma. If you qualify above criteria then you are eligible for Admission in D Pharma.

You must score at least 50% of marks in science stream in class 12th with either Biology or maths as one of the subjects.

Yes, you can go ahead and pursure Philosophy Honours even if you haven't studied it in 12th grade. However, in some universities like University of Delhi there's is a percentage deduction but in most cases you just have the clear your 10+2.

For appearing in assam cee exam a candidate must be a domicile of Assam.must have passed there 12th standard with PCM. 50% aggregate collectively in Physics, chemistry and maths. So of you're pass in your physics subject then you are eligible. In most cases 33% atleast is considered as pass.an a student must have to be pass in Theory and practical as well in CBSE. Maybe your board might have different criteria.

In GATE you don't have age criterion,so yes you can,and you have to submit your passing certificate since you're already graduated.
And since you have done masters in relevant subjects of science so you're surely eligible.

Yes, you can surely apply for GATE 2020 but with your bachelor degree qualification. Also there is no age limit for GATE. Since you have not yet completed your Master's degree, you can apply for GATE 2020 through your UG degree. For detailed information, check the below link:
