You are eligible to apply for GATE exam if at all you have any graduation degree from a recognised university which gives a B.Tech degree. It isn't a matter of concern if you have a 3 year course or a 4
Dear aspirant, you can apply for viteee 2020 as two year gap is allowed. And the marks will considered according to the course you choose , accordingly pcb or pcm will be taken as your main subjects.
