According to me atleast 400+ marks are required for bhms.But there's is no record for such marks as the cut off changes depending on the state and the number if students getting good score each year but to be on the safe side atleast 400+ marks are need

You might want to try for Government Dental College and Hospital, Vijayawada which had a cut off of 482 marks or 28709 rank for BDS. However it is a little Difficult with your score since most of the colleges have their cut off above 510. Check out the link
