I have 552 marks in neet with AIR 93 in ST category. Can i get any government college of delhi in 15% AIQ

You really had secured a good rank under ypur category.

Also,as you know that because of reserved categories students generally get more benifits,so you too will get. But even you had score wonderful marks undr your category which increases the chances of your admission in any of your favourite medical colleges of Delhi both under 15% all india quota as well as under 85% state quota(of ypu have domicile of delhi).

Now,as you asked about 15% all india quota to get a seat for pursuing mbbs from Delhi,then i will share here the neet 2018 cutoff list of some colleges of delhi:-

With the score and rank you got, I would say that you have pretty good chance to secure government medical college via all india quota for ST category students according to the previous year cut off. Do keep in mind that each year the trend changes due to availability of seats, number of exam takers etc. I am attaching the link below for you to check the previous year cut off for DU.
