15% quota is applicable for some private college and some colleges do not have 15% quota. As you are from Telangana ,many private medical colleges won't be included in AIQ and seats would be allowed only for the students who apply by state quota.

It is quite tough to get MBBS seat in Karnataka with that score as the cutoff goes much above 350. If you have EWS certificate then it might help otherwise it is impossible to get a seat.

BDS is possible to get but MBBS isn't.

As per your score you are having fair chances of getting a Seat in government medical college. I suggest you to go for counselling and have a look at the results till last round of counselling.
