If you are a General Category candidate then it is impossible to get a MBBS seat in Jharkhand as the cutoff stays around 7.5k to 8k. You will definitely get BDS seat as the cutoff goes almost 12k to 14k.

As you are mentioning that you can take admission anywhere so since you qualified NEET. Hence you are eligible to get a Seat in private colleges. You can go for counselling and wait till last round of counselling for further updates.

If i see previous year cutoff trends,, then through 85% state quota counselling, the cutoff was 370 for getting into the government medical college, bettiah for sc candidate
And 371 for getting into Vardhaman institute of medical sciences, Pavapuri.
So your chances are pretty good to get into government
