Hi Vishal,

No state other than your domicile state will allow you to sit for counselling for 85% state quota government seats. If you want to take the benefits of state quota seats then you will have to sit for counselling in your respective state.

You have not mentioned your domicile, as different states and their college's have different Cutoffs,
283 marks may not fetch you a Govt college,but you can expect for private college , and  Remember that Cutoffs changes every year so try your luck and attend every phase of counselling

For General category  467 marks is not enough to get a government MBBS college. The cutoff for General category is generally 490 or 480.But this year the cutoffs will increase in neet.So the trends of rank versus marks will be different this time. So getting a government MBBS or BDS

438 is not an enough score for obc category to get any government MBBS college. The cutoff is generally higher than what you have got. You may get a government BDS college with this marks but it depends on your state. Since you can have a government seat through state
