Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 490 to be on a safe side and be very sure about getting a government medical college in uttar pradesh. But even less you have to score a minimum of 460.

Your score is not too bad in NEET 2019 and also you belong to the ST category. You can get MBBS in a private college for sure. But as you belong to the ST category you have chances of getting government college also. So you can also try

With this rank it is very difficult to get a medical college in Delhi. But you can always try for private colleges in Delhi. Also if your home town is Delhi itself then you can go for University College of Medical Sciences and GTB Hospital on the basis of state
