Last year candidates who had scored 16% marks were allotted government Colleges medical seats. So probably the same may happen this time also. Hope for the same as it would be good for many students. And yes one more thing, last year NRI seats remain vacant so eventually

It seems that you forgot to mention the college  which you intend to join. Anyway, if you want to pursue MBBS then you have to take NEET exam whether you want to pursue it from any government college or any Private college. Hope this clears your's doubt.

With 429 marks, you could get GMERS and I am assuming that you know they are self financed colleges.

Dear Ravindra, as of March 2018, there have been 66, 620 medical seats in both Government and Private Medical Colleges. And few Medical Colleges have been added this yesr and also due to EWS reservation, new seats have been added. Calculating all this, there might be approximately around 800 medical

Yes you can definitely participate in all I did and state counseling. Remember you can participate in state counseling of your home state only. All India counseling has 15% quota and state counseling has 85% quota so cutoff is less in case of state quota therefore increasing your chances.
