The previous year cutoff for ascoms for j&K domicile students was upto rank 648428. You might have some chances if you have some category benefit with domicile and your marks are on the verge of previous years cutoff and chances are that cutoff might not get much fluctuation

If I consider previous years data, then there are good chance for you to land up in good government medical college. Based on your marks, you can get following colleges under state quota-
  • Dr Sampurnanand Medical College, Jodhpur

Hey 

NEET is divided into two quota i.e. first All India Quota (AIQ) and second in State Quota. NEET AIQ is for 15% seats and remaining 85% is for State-wise quota.

So you need to score 450+ to get a government medical seat for MBBS under the all india quota.

Dear Jitendra, if you have domicile of Madhya Pradesh then you can participate in 85% counselling in M.P only. You will be considered under 15% if you apply for U.P.

If I consider previous years data, then it is almost impossible for you to land up in good government medical college. If you belong to reserved category, then you may get into government colleges.

Yes it is possible to get a seat in Telangana state with BC category. The cutoff will stay around 420-480 category in most of the colleges for your category.
