Can i apply for state quota cancelling in neet when i will not apply for AIQ cancelling

Yes if you are not applying through the all india quota counselling then you have only one option left that is state counselling. If you are not able to get the seat through all india quota counselling then you have to apply through the state quota counselling for the admission in the medical or dental courses. Then after according to the merit rank and marks in NEET you will be allotted the institute in the state through which you have applied.
