Yes you can get the private seat in medical courses but you also have the chance of getting the govt. dental college as well if you apply through the state quota counselling in AP. The cutoff marks for the govt. dental college in AP last year for 85% state quota

Anything could not be said about what colleges you can get on the basis of your score in NEET, you should know that it would be too early to predict anything. The cut off trends tend to change every year and same can be expected for this year as well.

Hello candidate. As you mentioned that your rank is 24034 under OC category, you can definitely get admission in Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology (VVIT). Based on previous year cutoff ranks you are eligible to get admission in VVIT.
