All india quota counselling is for the govt. medical and dental colleges offering MBBS and Dental courses. In order to hae the govt. seat through all india quota, one must have scored the marks 530+ even for the category reservation. As per your marks I would suggest you to go

Based on the information that you have provided, it wouldn't be possible for you to get an admission in a government college using the All India Quota. But, you should be able to get deemed college via the All India Quota Counselling, provided that you can afford it.
