There are some private colleges better than deemed ones 

Deemed ones are the ones which have their own syllabus and make self decisions .

Example vit srm Amrita Thapar etc

Private institutions are affiliated to state and follow common curriculum.

Deemed University like lpu Sharda Thapar are better

Last year cut off for SC candidates in Tamil Nadu under state quota was 239 at Rajah Muthiah Medical College, Annamalainagar and under AIQ was 417 at
Toothukudi Medical College, Toothukudi.
So going by previous years cut off it seems difficult to get a Mbbsseat at 214 in

On the basis of neet UG marks can I get admission for para-medical courses like physiotherapy?

Hello Neha

Yes, in order to get admission for para- medical courses( physiotherapy as you specified), you have to use your NEET UG scorecard. For physiotherapy, the lowest marks required are somewhat around 160-170 and the cutoff can go as high as 640-650  ( it depends on the college though).
