As long as you have the old one and an acknowledgement of the applied status of your new caste certificate, you won't face any issues, howeverm it's still advisable to get in touch with the respective college (in which you are planning to apply to) authorities. You may do so by sending an email or by directly making a phone call. Contact details can be found on their website, under the "contact us" section/ tab.
