Yes you can apply in any state you want . But through AIQ (ALL INDIA QUOTA) . The reservation will have high cutoff . So you must have that score and rank . Also you will not have any category outside your state counseling . So be careful

If your marks are above 140 than only you can get seat in MBM Jodhpur.
