It seems that you got v low marks in entrance ....seee most of the government colleges offers 500+ but u didn't got that much.
But dont need to worry you will get private colleges. ...now if u want gov't colleges than u need to take a year drop....hope

If you have good marks in NEET then you may get seat in all india 15% couta seat in government college of any state. Domicile factor is required for reamaining 85% of seat of ur own
