MCC has released the NEET Counselling Schedule 2019 which is schedules to begin from 19 June 2019 and hence the option filling for round 1 too. The candidates have to register online at mcc.nic.in

Yes you can apply for both BDS and MBBS courses using same neet ug score card as neet organises single councelling for both the courses. You can apply for counselling on following dates for both of the courses.

Your neet rank is very high you cannot get mbbs neither in government nor private (unless it's under management quota).  And your jimper rank is also high, you cannot expect mbbs course in any college with this exam also.
