Dear Ruby, you havent mentioned which State you belong to. Almost all State Counsellings have been done with except for Maharashtra, Punjab. Now you need to hold domicile of these States to be eligible for their State Counsellings. Having said that, few States are still left with mop up rounds.

The eligibility criteria for cat exam is that candidate  holds a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. The candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA) categories, need at least 45% marks.
