If you are at least 17 year old by 31st December 2021, the you are eligible for neet. But by 2021 you will be 18. So you will be definitely eligible, but you need to meet other eligibility criteria as well like

Well I think there must be that provision where you can not opt for the seat being allocated to you in the counseling and can sit for further rounds of counseling for other courses.
