As per the last year cutoff rank and as per your  rank there is almost no chance of getting government medical college in uttarpradesh.

Last year the lowest rank was around to 24680 for any government medical college under the state quota benefit, and you have much difference

sorry to say that there are no chances to grab a seat in mbbs. scoring this much marks wont help u at all. so can take a risk of drop or change ur stream.

The cutoff percentile for NEET 2018 was 50 for the general category which means marks range was from 119-691. As 691 was the highest marks scored in NEET 2018. Around 2,68,316 candidates were qualified last year. For UR -PH candidates it was 45th percentile i.e marks between 118-107 only.
