I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have no chance of getting into government medical college through AIQ.You may get a government medical college MBBS though state quota if you are in a reserved category like SC or ST.

AIIMS, JIPMER and Private colleges have NRI Quota. You can get a seat too if you've necessary documents. Government colleges don't have a NRI quota.
