For your information, MVJ Medical College Bangalore is a private college and the 15% all India Quota seats does not include private colleges. For private colleges only state Quota seats are available and these are for the candidates belonging to the respective state domicile. Since you are from AP you are not eligible for these states. But you can apply for the all India Quota seats in the government colleges across the country and the 85% state Quota seats in the government and private colleges of your state.
