Without knowing your domicile it is pretty tough to say which college you are going to get. If you are a resident of Bengal then a govt seat is pretty tough whereas if you are from Karnataka, then you can easily secure a govt seat. Do one thing.

Your neet score is really good and as per the last year's cutoff trends, you can get some really good colleges like VMGMC,Solapur & Government medical college,Miraj & Shree Basudeb Hire Medical college, Dhule and some more are there. Wait for the counselling.

Sory to say dear but you have scored quite less marks to get in a bhms college. The minimum marks assumed for the OBC Category to get admission in BHMS colleges in India is 240.  And this may vary from state to state criteria for selectiong candidates.
