There are reports that NEET 2020 will be computer based, but there is no official notification as such from NTA now. There are chances that it would be, since most entrance examinations exams have now been successfully conducted in the Computer mode. Applications would probably release by November 2019
AIPMT is now called NEET and you can write it despite being a dropout as long as you fulfil all other eligibility criteria. The applications would release in November 2019.
