Dear Shreeya, yes. You can submit your OBC Maharashtra Certificate as a proof of your Category. It is valid. This is because it has been issied by the State Authorities of the same State that you are applying for Medical Colleges.

Dear Nifitha, we are not sure what you mean by divisions in MBBS. If you are talking about Categories, the reservations that are in place are:
OBC: 27%
EWS: 10%
SC: 15%
ST: 7.5%

The remaining reservations like PWD, Sports, Women Category, Ex Servicemen and Defense, Victims of terrorism, etc

Dear Shreeya, there are 2 things to it. You should select the Category that you belong to. And if you have selected a particular Category and if that Category has reservation benefits that you can claim, then you should have proof of documents to prove your belonging to that Category.

Yes it is refundable according to national testing agency which conduct neet paper those student who did not want to take admission after 2nd round counseling will be given refund on their registration fees

hey dear,if you make in 15% neet  qualified counselling for any private colleges than you may have some less fees but if you fall into remaining 85 % even if you are neet qualified than you will have to pay same as the one who joins directly in private colleges.
