Your score seems too low for admissions in mbbs colleges. Since you have reservation of OBC, you can hope to get a seat worth 7 lakhs or so. You can keep your options open and try other courses. Maybe BDS or Ayurveda. Or any other course through CET

Karnataka only provides reservation for SC, ST,OBC and genral category. The cutoff rank for government dental college was 177458 for ESIC medical college , Gulbarga. This rank is much lower than your rank , so you may have chances of getting a seat in govt. dental college. Rest

For BDS programme, there can be an opportunity for admission in Babu Banarasi Das College of Dental Sciences, Lucknow; Dental College Azamgarh; I.T.S. Centre for Dental Studies & Research, Ghaziabad and others. Kindly note the cut off varies yearly for candidates, seat matrix, category, paper level.
