Karnataka only provides reservation for SC, ST,OBC and genral category. The cutoff rank for government dental college was 177458 for ESIC medical college , Gulbarga. This rank is much lower than your rank , so you may have chances of getting a seat in govt. dental college. Rest , it depends on each year's cutoff , which is based on no. of candidates , difficulty level etc.
