Dear Hemu, if you belong to General Category, to be qualified in NEET, you should score 50 percentile of top NEET score. That is the cut off. And this cut off changes every hear and depends on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for NEET, no.of candidates qualified, top NEET

If your permanent address, or residence on domicile certificate changed from bihar to UP then you are eligible for UP state quota, or not.

Dear Salim, there is no upper age limit for NEET. But to apear for NEET, you should have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your core subjects. And if you belong to General Category, ypur aggregate in these 3 subjects should be 50%. It is 45% for PWD

Hi,

You should have qualified your class 12 examinations from a recognised board with atleast 50% if you are from the general category. For Persons with disabiliy it is 45% while for SC/ST it is 40%. You can find other eligibility details in the link.

If you're an Indian, and you score well enough to clear the minimum cut off, then you are eligible enough for any college. 

Also, even though you've switched your residence somewhere outside India, your nationality still remains as an Indian 

Also, NEET keeps special quota for non indian
